2. Gelatinization: generally, one coat of gelatinization is enough. In order to prevent the residual pores of adhesive, it should move in one direction when brushing. The result of coating should ensure that there is no lack of adhesive on the surface of the adhesive, and the thickness is uniform. Generally, the thinner the adhesive layer, the smaller the defect, the smaller the shrinkage and the higher the bonding strength. If the adhesive layer is too thick, it is not beneficial, but harmful. Therefore, in the case of no lack of adhesive, the adhesive layer should be as thin as possible. Generally, the thickness of the adhesive layer should be controlled at 0.1-0.15mm, that is, the total amount of adhesive coating should be 200-300g / M2. 3. Airing: after gluing, it must be airing. The purpose of airing is to make the solvent volatilize clean and increase the bonding strength. Do not stack immediately. It must wait until the solvent volatilizes completely, so as not to make the adhesive layer stick or produce bubbles, resulting in the decline of bonding quality. 4. Pressure: the initial adhesive force of universal adhesive is large, so when bonding, we must grasp the time, align the position at one time, and do not move back and forth, and after bonding, we should properly press and press, drive away the air, compact the adhesive layer, and improve the bonding quality
