    1. Plastic molding: injection molding

    It refers to the method of adding appropriate foaming agent to foaming materials to produce porous or foamed products. Foamed products have the advantages of low relative density, high specific strength, less raw material consumption, sound insulation and heat insulation. Foaming materials include PVC, PE, PS, etc.

    Products include films, sheets, pipes, profiles, etc. Foaming can be divided into chemical foaming and physical foaming.

    4. Plastic molding: blow molding

    Blow molding (expanded film) molding (or hollow blow molding) refers to a molding method that uses fluid (compressed air) pressure to blow a thermoplastic parison or sheet in a closed mold into a hollow product.

    Plastic containers produced by this method, such as various bottles, square barrels, round or flat barrels, and gasoline cans, have been widely used, and various industrial parts and daily necessities have been newly developed, such as double-wall box products, L-shaped products. Ring buckets, palletizing boards, surfboards, seat backs, desks, and car front spoilers, belt covers, dashboards, air conditioning vents, etc., have been used in practice. Processing materials have developed from daily plastics to engineering plastics. Now blow molding has become one of the important plastic molding services in plastic processing.
