  • I understand there are ways to add more however, I am not sure to what degree. The majority of things you mentioned would not have a chance of achieving be effective. Most of the things you listed in the beginning increases kills , but a lot of kills are almost over. Infinite Auras is already something that is available to players who OSRS gold a lot. the refresh of their auras. Clue steps sure but for what end, a amazing reward that I can show off for a few months and then disappear forever. There aren't many things from clues that would be beneficial unlocks, making them not really necessary to perform.

    I'm not saying that there aren't things that could be added. What I'm saying is the reason leagues were fun was the amount of difference those changes made to the way you engage in the game. Auto banking was a great feature on OSRs because it's not the norm, and porters are , so we're used to that, sure you can create unlimited accounts but it doesn't feel new or like it changes the meta since it's already an established practice.

    The last recall was game-changing because it allowed you to skip Gw kc and go back to boss. Both of these are features are already available on the table. Combat auras reduced bosses down to five or six hit kills that exist already. I just dont see there being a large enough distinction to be able to appeal to the players that leagues have for osrs.

    Evidently, the players are "maxed out" however only in the base game. It's similar to saying "who cares about pvming in leagues when you already get speed kill successes in the main game"

    Leagues make things comically faster like the vorkath speed kill with knives' edge and dharoks. It's one of the reasons why people love them. Auras do come with "infinite" resets when you have deposited MoW/Reapers. However, when certain auras are constantly in use, it allows you to have multiple auras in play at the same at the same time, which creates more possibilities for the "comically superpowered" aspect to stand out as well as players to have fun

    Clues have a use, since forts can bottleneck things such as alch onyx/hydric.

    The problem is that it's not just auto-banking, it's autoprocessing, multiple gathering and so on. Certain elite outfits or arch relics could do it 100% or have a proc chance, but that's beside the important point. The advantage is that there is no need to gather or make porters, and you get this along with many other advantages.

    Last recall has many applications beyond just combat. Questing, skill-building and all other forms of gaming benefit from the fact that it is active and so it was picked 90%+ in Trailblazer as well as QoL like infinite run in twist, which is the reason it is recurrently occurring. Sure, leagues wouldn't be accessible to everyone. There's additional "set up" prior to the fun of RS3 and cheap OSRS GP due to things like arch, invention, etc.
