Huawei Aluminum has strict processing requirements for hot-rolled aluminum sheets. What aspects are included in the heat treatment process of hot rolled aluminum sheets? Namely heating, holding and cooling.
    Three parts of heat treatment of aluminum sheet metal are introduced in detail:
    1. Heating.
    Heating includes two parameters: heating speed and heating temperature of 4x8 aluminum sheet. Since aluminum alloy has good thermal conductivity and plasticity, it can be heated quickly, which not only improves production efficiency, but also helps to improve product quality. The heating temperature of the aluminum plate should be strictly controlled, especially the heating temperature control during quenching and aging, and the process regulations must be followed.
    2. Insulation
    Insulation refers to the residence time of the hot-rolled aluminum alloy sheet at the heating temperature. The residence time should ensure that the temperature of the metal surface and the central part are the same. The structural change and holding time of aluminum alloys are related to many factors, such as product size, stacking method and tightness, heating method and the degree of deformation of the metal before heat treatment. In production, the holding time is usually determined experimentally.
    3. Cooling.
    Cooling refers to the cooling of the 4x8 Aluminum Sheet after heating and heat preservation. Different heat treatments have different cooling rates. For example, quenching of 6061 aluminum sheet requires faster cooling rates, while annealing of aluminum alloys with phase transformation requires slower cooling rates.
