Getting open shots for Bane is likely to be created during transition or by playing calls. Most defensive players are quick to get out in the game, and Bane's release isn't as quick like Thompson or Stephen Curry's. It's evident that "2K" sees Bane as a shooter who has much more work to do. While his ball-handling skills and passing accuracy are impressive however his speed with the ball is a challenge to make. Of the top 10 overall rated shooting guards, Bane's defensive rating is only higher in comparison to Bradley Beal, C.J. McCollum as well as Tyler Herro.
