Cleveland Browns receiver Jordan Cameron claims it's the focus of defenses that aren't as good as theirs, rather than issues with quarterback Jason Campbell that has slowed his speed in recent weeks, according to Jordan Cameron, reported by Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

"I have to improve my speed and need to find a way to be open",'' stated Cameron. "I need to try to join the team and contribute more. I have to perform better and contribute to the team and do what I can to support this team. This is my aim.''

The third-year receiver had a breakout season in 2013 but his numbers have started to decrease significantly over the last two weeks, with the new quarterback Jason Campbell targeting Cameron just 18 times over the past three games. Cameron has had 45 catches and 515 yards and six touchdowns in the first seven games of this season, has just seven receptions for 33 yards over the last two games.
