I finally grabbed some Diablo 4 Items to push my build further, but the June 10 patch dropped with a bunch of fixes that actually matter for daily grinding. Let's break down what changed and what's still broken.
The June 10 patch targets two major progression killers that were ruining quest chains. If you died during the final boss in "Of Void and Vessel" or killed the First Midwife early, your quest would just freeze. That's patched now, thank god. Also, War Plan rewards could brick if you DC'd while claiming. Fixed too. These aren't flashy changes, but they save you from having to restart entire zones.
The Greed is Good War Plan node caused a nasty bug where the Path of Coin portal became inescapable if you teleported out and returned. The patch locks that portal state so you can't get trapped. Also, the portal could be activated multiple times in the same dungeon instance-that's also fixed. If you're running Helltide with Hellmouth active, Bloodwyrms were dealing "massive damage" even without Bound by Blood active. That's corrected, though exact numbers aren't public.
Reality check: The "massive damage" Bloodwyrm fix is nice, but don't trust Helltide as safe yet.
The biggest item-safety fix in this patch is for the Horadric Cube. Recycling a Unique Item could randomly delete the Runes or Gems you had socketed in it. That's patched now, so your precious Diablo 4 Items are safer. But the community still reports "various bugs" with the Cube that weren't fully addressed. Always double-check your inventory after recycling until Blizzard confirms a complete fix.
Console players can't use the item filter in local multiplayer, can't claim free cosmetics in couch co-op, and Echoing Hatred isn't counting elite kills properly. On PC, the Helltide overlay disappears, the Flamefinger's Claws cosmetic is unclaimable, and the "Kill 10 Butchers" objective can bug out. Also, Transfiguring might remove Critical Strike Damage, and Druid armory saves are greyed out. For Paladins, Basic and Core skills grey out at level 6-8. These are all still unresolved. If you're after reliable Diablo 4 Items for sale, that's a safe workaround while Blizzard sorts the rest.
