After a raise well has been drilled and expanded and needs to be moved to a new well site, the drilling rig must be dismantled and ready to be transported: the reaming bit must be taken out of the wellbore before the drilling rig is dismantled. The steps for removing Tapered Drilling Tools are as follows:
(1) Connect and tighten the lifting nut and lifting screw with the male thread of the reaming drill bit mandrel and the internal thread of the driving head respectively.
(2) Connect the lifting nut and lifting screw with a wire rope, so that the drive head "lifts up" until the holding wrench is exposed on the workbench, and the holding wrench is taken out.
(3) Use several wire ropes to suspend the reaming bit on the base frame of the main machine to ensure that the weight of the reaming bit is borne by the main frame.
(4) Remove the wire rope hanging on the lifting screw of the driving head.
(5) Lower the driving head to its lowest position, so that the three master cylinders are completely in the retracted position.
(6) Remove the manipulator, remove the inlet and outlet oil pipes of all the oil cylinders, coil them, and remove the water pipes.
(7) Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the lifting cylinder to the turning cylinder.
(8) Check whether the rail clamp of the transport truck is tight, and check whether the connection between the transport truck and the host is firm.
(9) Remove all joint expansion pins between the base frame and the foot plate except for the expansion pins at the lower part of the guide column.
(10) Remove the foot plate bolts. Operate the handle of the "lifting cylinder" and push it to the "down" position so that the turning cylinder will slowly support the host on the transport vehicle.
(11) Remove the two expansion pins at the bottom of the guide column. Continue to manipulate the handle of the "lifting cylinder" and "put it down", and simultaneously manipulate the "spindle drilling" handle, so that the reduction box can be raised and lowered to help adjust the center of gravity of the main engine, and the main engine can be pulled upside down and placed on the transport truck. The host computer and the truck handle are tight.
(12) Remove all power supplies outside the lighting, remove the oil inlet and outlet pipes on the turning cylinder, and remove the walking rail clamp.
(13) Clean up all the hoses, coil them and tie them up, and install the material truck for transportation.
(14) Discharge the oil in the upper oil tank of the pump station (put it into the oil drum), and seal the oil pipe connections to prevent dirt from entering.
(15) Use the electric locomotive to transport the parts of the drilling rig to the new well site.
(16) After the main engine is transported away, set up a temporary tripod to hoist a 3t hand-drawn or electric explosion-proof electric hoist in the cavity, lift the reaming bit, and remove the wire rope tied to the base frame of the main engine.
(17) Remove the main frame and wellhead rails, then lift the cutterhead out of the wellhead to the rail surface, re-attach the rails, and drop the cutterhead. Transported to a new well site for standby.
