DARK BLUEREF GLASS is produce d by coati ng one or more layer s of metal or compou nd thin fi lm on floa t glass by way of va cuum magne tron sputt ering. The major fun ction of t he coating is to con trol the r eflection. transmiss ion and ab sorption o f direct s olar radia tion at de sirable ra tio, and t o produce the needed reflectiv e colors.
Performance:
1. Good shading effe ct can eff ectively b lock sunli ght and ul traviolet radiation.
2. The decorative ef fect is go od, the co lor is ric h, and the design is strong.
3. Good shielding fu nction tha nks to its reflectiv e coating.
4. Deep processing: tempering, interlaye r, hollow, etc.
5. The reflective co ating glas s process is divided into onli ne filming and offli ne filming .
In-line coating refe rs to the process of coating i n the proc ess of flo at glass m anufacturi ng. For ex ample, in- line therm al sprayin g is in th e forming area of th e float pr oduction l ine, at th e beginnin g of the a nnealing k iln, spray ing the fi lm through a spray g un attache d to the g lass. On t he surface of the gl ass plate, the film fired in t he anneali ng furnace is attach ed to the glass surf ace, so it is called online co ating.
Offline coating is d one in a f lat glass factory an d then the coating i s processe d. Compare d with onl ine coatin g, the fir mness of t he film is bound to be affecte d to some extent, so offline c oating has certain r equirement s on the & quot;fresh ness" of the or iginal gla ss.
Online coating refer s to the p rocess of coating is carried o ut in the float glas s manufact uring proc ess, such as online thermal sp raying is the formin g area of the float production line, the beginning of the an nealing ki ln, throug h the atta ched spray gun spray ing film l ayer on th e surface of the gla ss plate, after anne aling kiln film laye r burning attached t o the glas s surface, so it is called onl ine coatin g.
Off-line coating is in the fla t glass fa ctory, and then coat ing proces sing. Comp ared with the online coating, the firmne ss of the film layer is bound to be affe cted by so me, so the offline c oating has certain r equirement s for the "fres hness" ; of the o riginal gl ass.
