t Press Gr anulator i s a feed p rocessing equipment that direc tly presse s corn, so ybean meal , straw, g rass, rice husk and other mate rials into pellets. The pellet s processe d by this machine ha ve smooth surface an d moderate hardness, which are the first choice fo r feed. Th e special high-tempe rature ste rilization technolog y enables it to kill microorga nisms and parasites to ensure the safety of the fe ed. You ca n also add various a dditives t o the proc essed pell ets to ens ure feed q uality. Precautions

O perators m ust be res ponsible f or their w ork and us e the mach ine strict ly in acco rdance wit h the oper ating proc edures of the granul ator:

鈭?Adjust the spacing between d ie rolls. Generally 0.2 mm-0.5 mm, neith er too tig ht nor too loose, to o tight wi ll shorten the life of the die , too loos e the roll er will sl ip;
鈭?It is necessary to control t he moistur e of the m aterial, t he moistur e of the r aw materia l is gener ally betwe en 12%-15% , and the moisture o f the raw material a fter condi tioning ne eds to be between 14 %-14.5%;
鈭?Do not overload pr oduction f or a long time, whic h is the m ain reason for equip ment damag e;
鈭?Even ifthe oil is changed: For new eq uipment, t he oil sho uld be cha nged after 500 hours of contin uous opera tion after being put into prod uction. In the futur e, change the oil ev ery 3-6 mo nths accor ding to th e producti on situati on;
